Quals Direct is the online e-portfolio system used by Wessex Training & Assessment Ltd to support you throughout your qualification or apprenticeship.
Once you are enrolled, you will be given access to your own e-portfolio. This is where you will complete and submit work, receive feedback from your assessor, access resources and keep track of your progress.
Apprentices will also use Quals Direct to record their off-the-job training and reflect on what they have learned.
Your assessor will explain how to use Quals Direct and support you in getting started.

BKSB – English and MathsBKSB is the online learning platform used by Wessex Training & Assessment Ltd to support learners with English and maths.
If English and/or maths forms part of your programme, you will be given access to BKSB. You may use it to complete initial and diagnostic assessments, access learning resources, practise your skills and complete activities as you work towards your required level.
Your assessor will let you know if you need to use BKSB and will explain what you need to complete.

Clicks2Learn – Apprentice Learning PortalClicks2Learn (C2L) is Swatpro’s online learning portal and is used by Wessex apprentices alongside their apprenticeship training.
Apprentices will be given access to a set of core courses that must be completed as part of their programme. Clicks2Learn also provides a range of additional courses and learning resources that can be selected to support your individual role, development needs and career interests.
Your assessor will explain which core courses you need to complete and will help you identify any additional learning that would be beneficial to you.
Learning completed through Clicks2Learn can also contribute to your wider professional development and, where appropriate, your off-the-job training.
