EMPLOYERS

Supporting you to develop a skilled, confident and knowledgeable Early Years workforce through high-quality, work-based training.
Working With Employers
At Wessex Training & Assessment Ltd, we work closely with Early Years employers to support the development of their staff and help build a skilled, confident and knowledgeable workforce.
Our training is work-based and designed to connect learning directly to an individual’s role and responsibilities within their Early Years setting. We work in partnership with employers throughout the learner’s programme, providing regular communication, guidance and support.
For apprenticeships, employers play an important part in the apprentice’s development by providing opportunities to learn and practise new skills in the workplace, supporting off-the-job training and taking part in regular progress reviews.
We recognise that every setting and every learner is different. Our training and support are therefore tailored wherever possible to meet individual learning needs while ensuring that all qualification or apprenticeship requirements are met.
The information and resources below have been provided to help employers understand their role, what to expect from Wessex and how we can work together to support their employee throughout their training.
